Every now and then a poor confused scrapper sends me an email about not being able to open and use my files on their PC. The majority of the time these files are 100% usable. They just must be accessed a little differently. The culprit in this problem is a lack of compatibility between Macs and PCs. All my designs are created and zipped on a Mac which, while it has its perks in designing, can cause some file confusion on the PC end.
One of our fellow scrappers, Jessica, made this short video to teach you how to extract these Mac-oriented files on your PC. Isn't she AWESOME?!
