What is my favorite Birthday Cake?

I have honestly had this type of birthday cake every year for as long as I can remember. I *LOVE* it! Rainbow Chip frosting is a complete weakness of mine. I have been known to eat it by the spoonful when there's no cake around. hehe ;)
